Jeremy Hunt has praised the efforts of US health care workers, after a hospital in Texas confirmed a second nurse had tested positive for Ebola after treating a patient for the deadly virus.
Speaking during a visit to Birmingham, the Health Secretary said treating Ebola patients could never ever be entirely risk-free.
