A strong underwater earthquake measuring 7.4 on the Richter Scale occurred Monday evening off El Salvador. Power outages were reported in El Salvador and Nicaragua along with 10 aftershocks. Only minor damage and one death have been registered. Gerardo Torres reports from Central America. teleSUR
