Man Keeps Promise, Splits Lottery Winnings with Brother

Eric Hale from Bend, Oregon played the lottery pretty regularly for 20 years and when he won a million dollars, he lived up to his promise to split any winnings with his promise. Gillian Pensavalle (@GillianWithaG) has the story.
