Barcelona, 9 Oct (EFE).- Barcelona's first team squad trained with only seven footballers, one of whom was Belgian Thomas Vermaelen, who took part in some of the group work.
Players present in the session were Jordi Masip, Martín Montoya, Douglas, Adriano Correia, Dani Alves and Xavi Hernández. Vermaelen, who has yet to make his debut with team, spent part of training with the squad.
As in previous days, Rafinha Alcántara followed a specific program. The lack of players allowed manager Luis Enrique and assistant Joan Barbarà to take part in the warm-up.
The squad will train again 10 am Friday.
