Dr. O’Mara performs the upper (http://www.fpsbeaumont.com/cosmetic-procedures/upper-blepharoplasty/) blepharoplasty procedure either in his office procedure room or at an outpatient surgery center. Surgical times will vary but average thirty to forty-five minutes. Local anesthesia, IV sedation or general anesthesia may be used.
