Bolivia implements new tamper free voting system ahead of elections

Bolivian electoral officials have announced the implementation of a new voting process to be used in the presidential elections to be held in nine days. The new system uses bar codes to send voting results directly to the Voting Tribunal in order to avoid fraud and tampering. Incumbent President Evo Morales is expected to win the vote by a landslide victory. teleSUR
