Each week on “The Global African” host Bill Fletcher, Jr. addresses issues facing Africa and the African Diasporas. Today's program discusses the Colombian civil war, y more specifically how to resolve it when two key population groups, Afro-Colombians and the country's indigenous peoples- are politically ignored and militarily victimized, and are even excluded from the peace negotiations currently underway in Havana, Cuba.
