Former Guatemalan Police Chief on trial for 1980 deaths

The First Court for High-Risk Cases in Guatemala commenced the trial of Pedro Garcia Arredondo, former Chief of the now defunct National Police. Garcia is being tried for the deaths of 37 people in a fire at the Spanish Embassy in 1980. teleSUR
