Apple Ginger Lemon Smoothie Recipe

Stop buying the 700+ calorie smoothies at the mall... those aren't really good for you. This one will boost you up, and help you reach your goals!

Ingredients:
½ cup (125 mL) unfiltered apple juice
1 Tbsp (15 mL) fresh ginger peeled
1 Tbsp (15 mL) chia seeds
2 tsp (10 mL) fresh squeezed lemon juice
½ cup ice (125 mL) - 2 cubes

Method:
Place all ingredients into a blender and liquify. Drink immediately!
Makes 1 cup (250 mL) - 1 serving
