I thought I was walking into a spa! I was greeted like "family" and the care I received felt the same. Dr. Otten is much more than a dentist; he is a caregiver. He was so involved in determining symptoms I displayed, he wanted to make sure they were related to dental care. He tested me for sleep apnea, referred me to a sleep specialist and, voila, he was correct. The best experience I have ever had at a dental office! Kudos to him and his team. Beyond grateful...."
