A woman in Oklahoma City became a carjacking victim after stopping at a McDonald’s drive through. The incident unfolded on Tuesday, at about 12:50 in the morning.

The victim, Lisa Woods, had just placed her order in the drive through line. Suddenly, a male appeared and walked right up to the vehicle she was driving.

The man, later identified as 25-year-old Erik Aguilar, allegedly opened Woods’ driver’s side door. He ordered her to get out of the car but she flat out refused.

The suspect didn't want to take no for an answer, so he and Woods started struggling. Aguilar allegedly yanked Woods out of the vehicle and threw her to the ground. After that, he got behind the wheel and sped off.

A McDonald’s employee reportedly witnessed the terrifying ordeal. The staffer remarked “We told her her total, and all of a sudden, we just hear her yelling. And we see the guy on the camera take her out of the car and get in.”

The police were called to the scene right after the incident. Officers soon located the vehicle, but Aguilar wouldn’t stop and led them on a chase.

Cops were forced to use stop sticks to flatten the tires on the stolen car. After crashing the auto into a tree, Aguilar was placed into handcuffs booked into Oklahoma County jail.
