Protests flared again in Ferguson, Missouri the town where unarmed African-American teenager Michael Brown was killed by police last month. Demonstrators are demanding the resignation of police chief Thomas Jackson for mishandling the investigation into Brown's death. On Thursday Jackson issued an apology.
