Colombian gov't points to peace talk results

As part of the ongoing peace talks in Havana, Cuba, at a press conference Chief Negotiator for the Colombian government Humberto de la Calle said agreements had been reached on three points with the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC), on land reform, rebel political participation, and drug trafficking. In one of most interesting comments, De la Calle said the link between politics and and drugs must be ended, which implies the dismantling of paramilitary groups.
