Former State Trooper Fired, Charged After Shooting Unarmed Man (Caught on Tape)

Former state trooper has been fired and charged with aggravated assault after his dash-cam catches him shooting at an unarmed man when he goes to grab his license. The man was shot in the hip, but survived.
