Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino says their 3-1 Capital One Cup win over Nottingham Forest will give them confidence heading into Saturday's derby against Arsenal.
Spurs substitute Ryan Mason cancelled out Forest's opener with a long-range strike before Roberto Soldado diverted the ball over the keeper to take the lead, Harry Kane rounded off the evening with a clinical finish to secure a place in the next round.
Tottenham will face Championship side Brighton in the fourth round.
