Spanish Justice Minister Alberto Ruiz-Gallardon resigned Tuesday following the withdrawal of legislation he promoted limiting abortion rights. The right-wing minister had proposed a law only allowing abortion in cases of rape or when the mother's health is at risk, but in response to an uproar among the public the bill was withdrawn by the Primer Minister. teleSUR
