Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer Ed Balls has been caught on video doing a rendition of Psy's Gangnam Style.

The Labour party MP for Morley and Outwood appeared to be having a knees up at the Labour party conference in Manchester on Monday, in a video taken by reporter David Churchill.

Balls and his colleagues took time out from outlining the party's 10-year "national mission" to transform Britain, in which leader Ed Miliband pledged to build a "world-class 21st century health and care service" and halve the number of people living on low pay.

The Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer meanwhile promised a more punitive rate of mansion tax for most expensive homes.

But after unveiling the ambitious plans for "Britain 2025" it seems that everyone let their hair down for the party.

Ed Balls has been caught on video doing the Gangnam Style, and surprisingly well.

It appears that the Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer decided to let his hair down in spectacular fashion after the Labour party unveiled ambitious plans for ‘Britain 2025′ at a conference in Manchester on Monday.

And what better way to celebrate than dominating the dance floor in true Brits-on-tour style.
