Was to be model no. P-977F, as seen on the circuit board (Apr 74) but GE changed their numbering system.
AM/FM models:
P-977A - ac/battery switch, afc switch, antenna terminals, earphone jack on back, am/fm lyre badge on grill
P-977B - removed lyre badge, replaced with "two way power" on grille
P-977E - no more afc switch, ac/battery switch or antenna terminals
7-2877F - earphone jack moved to side
