The union representing pilots at Air France has rejected a proposal from the airline's chief executive to suspend the controversial expansion of its low-cost carrier Transavia. More than half of flights have been cancelled again this Tuesday, the ninth day of the dispute. Also today: the US announces measures to stop companies moving abroad to reduce their tax bills.
