Cesar Montufar is a professor at the Universidad Andina Simon Bolivar in Quito, Ecuador, where he teaches international relations and democratic theory. He also is one of the leaders of a new political organization called Clave Democratica, which travels around Ecuador asking people about what kind of country and democracy they would like to see emerge in the coming years.
