ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION).

STORY: A second riot broke out in the El Abra prison in Cochabamba, Bolivia at dawn on Wednesday, following a riot on Sunday night when four inmates were killed and eleven injured.

Local media reported the new disturbances began in an effort to prevent policemen from entering, inspecting and seizing banned items from prison quarters following Sunday's shootout.

Some sharp objects such as knives, steel rods and firearms as well as cocaine and marijuana have already been seized by the police from the inmates.

Two of the dead from Sunday's riot are reportedly two of the most dangerous criminals inside a state-run jail according to local media.
