ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION
Vitaly Zhuravsky, once a member of former President Viktor Yanukovich's Party of the Regions, was grabbed by an angry mob and dumped in a rubbish bin outside parliament. The group was angry at a bill, authored by Zhuravsky, severely tightening restrictions on anti-government protesters. In the past, he authored a bill criminalizing libel.
The men held him down in the dumpster, and poured water on him.
Now a member of the Economic Development Party, Zhuravsky was walking past the crowds outside the parliament when he was grabbed.
