Kingdom Products, a producer of decorative concrete, brought blending operations in-house to eliminate color variations. Stainless steel rotary batch mixers from Munson Machinery give them batch-to-batch consistency with fast cycle times, quick clean-out to prevent cross-contamination, and durability, since some of the company’s products are abrasive. The company uses a 3 cu ft (0.1 cu m) Munson Mini Mixer to test new products, and a 50 cu ft (1.4 cu m) and a 40 cu ft (1.13 cu m) Munson Rotary Batch Mixer for production. The company recently added a second stainless steel 40 cu ft (1.13 cu m) Munson Rotary Batch Mixer to support the operation and offer toll manufacturing services
