Dahi Bhalla Papri
200g of urad dal pre soaked for 5-6 hrs
Water
Oil
1 tsp of ajwain
2-3 green chillies
Salt to taste
Dahi (Curd)
Papdi
Boiled potatoes, chopped
Coriander leaves, finely chopped
Bhallas (water has been squeezed out)
Imli chutney (tamarind chutney)
Green chutney (mint Chutney)
Sugar
Pepper powder
Salt to taste
