Chicken malai tikka is a classic Indian recipe which is very rich and non spicy. made from fresh cream and garlic, they have a rich taste and flavourful.
Ingredients
250 gm chicken
2 tbsp fresh cream
2 tbsp curd
½ tbsp ginger paste
½ tbsp garlic paste
½ tbsp cumin powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of a lemon
