250 g of blanched asparagus
80 -- 100 g of mashed tofu
¾ tsp tahina or ready - made roasted sesame dressing
½ tsp of japanese soya sauce
½ tsp of japanese sweet and sour sauce
Castor sugar
Sesame seeds as garnish
