Ingredients
1 medium sized cabbage roughly chopped
4 tbsp of moong dal (soaked and boiled with one cup of water and turmeric)
Coconut paste (1/4 cup of coconut, 1/2 tsp of coriander, 2 green chillies and 1 tsp of rice) soak the ingredients and grind it into a paste
A pinch of turmeric
1 tsp of urad dal
Hing dissolved in water (asafoetida)
A pinch of dry hing (asafoetida)
1 tsp of jeera (cumin seeds)
1 tsp of mustard seeds
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
Few curry leaves
2-3 dried red chillies
