Indian spiced soup is full Indian spices and a uniquely differentiating flavour to it. It's a vegetarians delight and suffices for a complete meal by itself.
Ingredients:
2 medium sized potatoes, cubed
A small piece of ginger, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp yoghurt
½ tsp cinnamon powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp cumin powder
1 vegetable stock cube
Pepper to taste
2 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp cooking oil
Water as required
