Love the green thai curry, don't know what goes into making the thai curry paste. Little tiresome but worth the effort to make this fresh thai curry at home.
Ingredients
2 tsp of coriander seeds
1 tsp of black pepper corns
1 tsp of cumin seeds
Salt
3 tbsp of lemon grass chopped
2 tbsp of coriander roots chopped
2 tbsp of shallots
1 tbsp of chopped garlic
1 tbsp of ginger (galangal)
½ tsp of turmeric roots
½ tsp of zest of kaffir lime fruit
12 green chillies
Sweet basil leaves
