Frittata is an egg-based Italian dish similar to an omelette or crustless quiche, enriched with additional ingredients such as meats, cheeses, vegetables or pasta. The difference is that an omelette is folded over a filling, while in a frittata the filling is mixed in and baked.

2 cloves of garlic
1 cup of cooking cheese
4-5 sun dried tomatoes
