Ingredients
5 Deshelled, deveined prawns
Peeled asparagus
2 slices red bell peppers
2 slices red pumpkin
100g tempura flour
Tip: One can also use a mixture of refined flour, corn flour and rice flour
2 ½ tbsp chilled water
2 tbsp refined flour
Oil for deep frying
