A male passenger onboard a Southwest plane was detained Thursday for allegedly using menacing names for his Wi-Fi hotspot.

According to a fellow traveler, people started worrying when they saw them appear. One of the titles reportedly read ‘Southwest – Bomb on Board.’

Another plane passenger said he witnessed one that said ‘the bomb is on this seat’. Then a name emerged that commented about an attractive stewardess.

At that point, some of the travelers realized whoever was altering the names was playing around. However, authorities didn’t think any of it was funny.

The plane which had been on the runway at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, didn’t take off according to schedule. The pilot had to pull off to a side tarmac.

Passenger Ken Saldi explained “With it being 9/11, we were all concerned there could be a real bomb on the plane.” The traveler behind the hot-spot names was detained and questioned by the FBI and Port of Seattle police.

Officials at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport have not released details about the incident, citing an ongoing investigation. A spokesman did say that at no time were passengers in danger.
