Real Madrid assistant manager Paul Clement admits it is a "challenge" to keep so many of the most talented footballers in the world happy at the club.

Clement, who has previously worked for Real head coach Carlo Ancelotti at Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain, says the squad work in an environment without "rigid boundaries" to allow players such as Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale to "flourish".

Real will face local rivals Atletico Madrid in their first derby of the La Liga season on Saturday.
