Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah knew that he is suffering from the Last stage of T.B. Tuber closes but Muhammad Ali Jinnah didn't reveal this secret because he knew that if this secret is revealed then British and Hindu will deliberately delay the issue of independence thus the creation of Pakistan will only become dream. Quaid e Azam kept this secret in his heart and continued his struggle to get Pakistan for the Muslims of the India where they can live with peace, dignity and according to Islamic teachings.
According to British historian Stanley Wolpert: "Few individuals significantly alter the course of history. Fewer still modify the map of the world. Hardly anyone can be credited with creating a nation-state. Muhammad Ali Jinnah did all three." All three changes done by Jinnah are: Jinnah changed the history, modified the map of the
world and created a new homeland for oppressed Muslims of India.
