Adidas Original & The Farm Company
With just days till the World Cup kicks off on June 12 in Rio de Janeiro, adidas Originals has launched a new womenswear capsule collection with Brazilian brand The Farm Company, using the latter's signature prints on both ready-to-wear and accessories.
The range features four unique and vibrant prints developed artistically by The Farm Company, a label based Brazil and known for its eye-catching patterns. See more images from the style book shoot below featuring Bruna Tenorio and other models.
Four kaleidoscopic graphic prints as Tucanário, Borboflor, Frutaflor and Floralina, depict the vibrancy of Rio through indigenous flora and fauna, and toucans, all rendered in eye-popping colors, and shot against the city's undulating urban landscape.
The Gazelle sneaker, a 1970s adidas Originals classic, gets updated in a print of the equatorial jungle, while the iconic Firebird tracksuit is covered in cascades of flowers and fruit. Bags and purses get a tropical makeover as well.
