Eduardo Rothe interviews the four founders of the Tiuna El Fuerte cultural center and musical group. With their origins in the urban art movement, the four young people began to sink roots into their own communities, creating their own cultural infrastructure in a city where cultural expressions had previously been concentrated almost exclusive in prosperous neighborhoods.
