Bolivia seeks int'l support for access to the sea

The Bolivian government has sent a high-level delegation abroad to seek support for its demand for access to the Pacific Ocean. Its former coastline is now part of Chile. Former president Carlos Meza and spokesman for Bolivia's legal case in International Court of Justice in The Hague heads the delegation. He has already met with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.
