Joint session of the Parliament was held in Islamabad with Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq in the chair.
Parliamentarians holds discussion on the prevailing situation arising out of the sit-ins of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) in the federal capital. The joint session is scheduled to discuss the prevailing political crisis and will give suggestions to end the deadlock. The session is also expected to adopt a joint resolution for upholding supremacy of the Constitution.
