An Arkansas woman is facing charges of shoplifting and disorderly conduct after allegedly stealing $144 worth of makeup from an Ulta Beauty store. Gillian Pensavalle (@GillianWithaG) explains that while her mugshot shows she needs to stock up, stealing isn't the way to go.
