Learn to cook this delicious breakfast recipe aloo bhaji which is delicious to have when served with puris. You can also relish this dish for a quick lunch or snacks.
Ingredients:
१/२ tsp राई
१ tsp उड़द दाल
हरी मिर्च
कड़ी पत्ता
बारीक कटा हुआ अदरक
१/४ tsp हल्दी
१ प्याज़
२ बड़े उबले और कटे हुए आलू
१/४ tsp आमचूर पाउडर
नींबू का रस
धनिया पत्ता
नमक
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add mustard seeds and white lentils to the hot oil and cook it till the lentils turn brown
- Add green chillies, curry leaves, ginger, turmeric powder, onions.
- Once the onions are soft add the potatoes, dry mango powder, coriander leaves and mix everything well.
- Add salt, water and mix everything well.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook it in simmer
- After few minute, open the lid and let the water dry out.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
