In an exclusive interview with France 24, Iran's deputy foreign minister Abbas Araghchi discusses the progress of talks on Tehran's nuclear programme. He says that both sides - Iran and the six world powers - are "serious enough to come to a deal by the deadline". After a July deadline passed without a deal, a new deadline has been set for November 24th. A fresh round of talks is slated to take place on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York later this month.
