The 20th anniversary of the withdrawal of Russian troops from Estonia was marked on Sunday with a ceremony held in Estonia’s White Hall in parliament.
In 1994 Russian President Boris Yeltsin signed the treaty but today’s Estonian president said current events in Ukraine remind everyone that Estonia’s security cannot be taken for granted.
