A Juliette APB-11H portable AM/VHF PB (public band) from 1965. A real good set with good tone and selectivity. I purchased it for 75 cents in the late 90's and it has seen daily use for the most part since then. I purchased an identical set new in the box off of eBay a few years back. It has eleven transistors.
At the end I do a quick DX scan of the AM band from New Orleans, picking up WGN Chicago, WSM Nashville, WSB Atlanta, WBBM Chicago, WBAP Dallas, WHO Des Moines, KMOX St. Louis
