Southwest Airlines made a bit of a boo boo when they forgot to put wheelchair-bound traveler Alice Vaticano on her flight from Newark to Denver. Instead, she sat in the Newark Airport for 11 hours. Without eating. Or knowing what the hell was happening. Did I mention she's forgetful? And diabetic? Southwest Airlines - The Walmart of the Skies!
