Now that the signature of a peace agreement between the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) and the Colombian government seems irreversible, peasants are asking the national government to be more consistent with the postulates of the negotiations going on in Havana and to aim at building a prosperous countryside where peasant economy and food sovereignty would prevail. teleSUR
