It will have a number of swimming pools, one of which is a massive infinity pool which comes complete with a slide that leads from a dance floor in an upstairs room. In addition to that fun stuff, the apartment boasts a staff quarters with three bedrooms, a private chauffeur, 24-hour concierge service and personal caterer.
The buyer will also be able to use a health center as part of the deal. The entire Odeon Tower offers a five star experience, to not only the upcoming penthouse dweller but to every other future occupant in the building.
The tower will house 70 apartments and include an entertainment area with a movie room, along with extra pools and a private spa. The structure is the first skyscraper to be built in the principality since the 1980s.
