The police car in England's West Midlands crashed into an oncoming car on Monday (August 19) to stop it from driving on the wrong side of a major highway.
The police car's dashboard camera showed images of a Honda Jazz - known in other countries as a Honda Fit - travelling south on a northbound lane of the M6 motorway and the moment when it crashed onto the police vehicle.
The driver of the Honda was identified as a 77-year-old man with dementia.
Neither he nor the police were injured in the crash.
