Steelers plan to play Bell and Blount against Eagles

Pittsburgh Steelers running backs Le'Veon Bell and LeGarrette Blount were both taken into custody Wednesday. NFL Media's Aditi Kinkhabwala says Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin still plans to play Bell and Blount in Philadelphia.
