SCRIPT
A giant flag showing support for Palestinians in Gaza was unfurled at New York City's Manhattan Bridge on Wednesday, embellished with the words "boycott", "divest", "sanction" and "Gaza in our hearts".
Meanwhile, hundreds of pro-Palestine protesters rallied southwards at Brooklyn Bridge. Protesters chanted slogans such as "Free, free Palestine" and "Long live Palestine" while waving Palestinian flags.
The march was called by New York Solidarity with Palestine and Direct Action movements, both did not claim responsibility for the banner
