Days after reports surfaced that Mischa Barton's LA mansion could be facing foreclosure, now apparently she's being sued. According to TMZ, producers of her upcoming movie 'Promoted' say Mischa blew off a costume fitting to party in Europe, and they were forced to cancel the whole production.
